Most data sheets look fine until you try to use one during an actual Tuesday morning. So rather than describe the kit, here are five of its sheets to try.
Print them, use them for a week, and see whether the format survives contact with your household. If it does, the full kit has fifteen more. If it does not, you have lost nothing.
What is in the sample
- An ABC sheet, for working out what is setting a behavior off
- A frequency count sheet, for how often something happens
- A duration recording sheet, for how long it lasts
- A trial-by-trial teaching sheet, for tracking a skill you are teaching directly
- A goal tracking summary, for seeing whether any of it is moving
Those five cover most of what a family needs in the first month. The guide that comes with the full kit explains how to choose between them; the short version is on the blog, in which data sheet do you actually need.
How to get it
Enter your email at checkout. There is nothing to pay and no card is requested. You will get a link that signs you in and takes you straight to the download.
We will also send you a practical email most weeks. If that turns out not to be useful, every one of them has an unsubscribe link.
Before you download
This is an educational resource, not ABA therapy, medical advice, or individualized professional service, and it does not create a provider-client relationship.
It gives you a clear way to record what happens. Interpreting it is a separate skill, and if what you are seeing involves anything unsafe, that is a conversation for your pediatrician or treatment team rather than a data sheet.
