Digital Products (PDFs, Templates, Visual Supports)
Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," refunds on downloadable products are handled as follows:
If you have not downloaded your files: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@sproutbhs.com with your order email address. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
If you have downloaded your files: Sales are final. We cannot offer refunds after files have been accessed because the product has been fully delivered.
Technical problems: If you cannot access or download your files due to a technical issue on our end, contact support@sproutbhs.com within 30 days of purchase and we will resolve it or issue a full refund at your discretion.
Video Courses
Video courses have a 7-day satisfaction window from the date of purchase.
Within 7 days of purchase: If you have watched fewer than 2 modules and are not satisfied, contact support@sproutbhs.com for a full refund.
After 7 days or after watching more than 2 modules: Sales are final.
Bundles
Bundle refunds follow the policy of the most permissive product in the bundle. If any component of the bundle has been downloaded, the entire bundle is non-refundable.
What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind after downloading files
- Purchasing a product that was not the right fit (please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing)
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support@sproutbhs.com
Coaching and Supervision Services
- Discovery calls are free and non-refundable (no payment taken).
- Monthly coaching retainers are billed at the start of each period and are non-refundable once the period begins.
- Individual coaching sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full.
- Individual coaching sessions canceled with more than 24 hours notice are rescheduled at no charge or refunded at client's request.
- Supervision packages: refund terms are defined in the signed supervision agreement.
