This license governs all digital products sold at SproutBHS.com, including PDFs, templates, fillable forms, data sheets, visual supports, and video courses. By purchasing a product, you accept these terms.
1. What You Are Buying
A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to access and use the product for the purposes described below. You are buying a license to use the content — not ownership of the content itself. All intellectual property rights in the product remain with Sprout Behavioral Health Services LLC.
2. Permitted Uses

4. Site Licenses
Organizations, clinics, schools, and group practices that wish to purchase access for multiple staff members must purchase a site license. Site license terms are negotiated separately. Contact info@SproutBHS.com.
5. Professional Use Clarification
If you are a BCBA, BCaBA, RBT, or other professional, you may use purchased products with your own clients and caseload. This does not include distributing the digital file itself to other professionals, organizations, or staff members who have not purchased the product.
If you wish to use a product in a training you deliver, a course you sell, or a presentation, contact info@SproutBHS.com to discuss a licensing arrangement.
6. Educational Use Only
All Sprout digital products are educational tools. They are designed to support general skill-building, data organization, and behavior support. They are not clinical assessments, individualized behavior plans, or therapeutic services. No product is a substitute for a functional behavior assessment, individualized treatment planning, or services from a licensed clinician.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. PDF and template products are generally non-refundable after download. Course refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 2 modules have been accessed.
8. Termination
Your license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this license. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the product in your possession.
9. Enforcement
Unauthorized distribution or resale of Sprout products constitutes copyright infringement. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies including injunctive relief and damages.
